We received the warmest welcome and thoughtful hosting throughout our stay. The room was spacious, lovely, and comfortable, including the bed, king-sized/double to Germans & North Americans - a nice surprise. Peter and Sheila were wonderful hosts. They gave us ideas of where to eat and places to see. Breakfast was very good and enjoyable with them providing information about the area. If we return to the Northumberland area we will definitely return there to stay again.

This was the best of the many places we stayed in the UK. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We'd highly recommend it to our friends.

Nice place, short stay

Room was very nice. Beautiful manor, quiet countryside surroundings. Dining and lounge area first class. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only regret we had was only booking for one night! If we return to the area, we’ll be staying again!
