« If you want a quiet, isolated camping type experience, this is the spot! Roof over your head, cold AC, washroom and outdoor tub with an unbeatable view of Arenal. Expect bugs if you leave the window or door open too long - that end up dead on the floor in the morning. « Belle propriété avec bungalows tout neufs et très mignons. On a même vu un paresseux dans un arbre. Juste à côté de frog's paradise donc parfait pour la visite de nuit, on peut y aller à pied. « When they say that 4x4 with high clearance is required, it is no joke. At least if you turn from Rt 142 driving from Monteverde. 6km of off roading at crawl speed. Fun if you are prepared. The road from the opposite direction is better paved, but you would still feel more comfortable in a SUV. Google does not estimate driving time on bad roads correctly. Expect extra time needed at the end. The place is small and basic, but clean. And the views are simply amazing. You oversee the valkey and the...

« Dahana es una host genial! Muy amable, atenta, y rápida en responder. El lugar es una maravilla, cuando hay buen tiempo la vista al volcán y el lago Arenal es espectacular. Muy limpio y acogedor con todo lo necesario. La ubicación está entre los cerros, y de repente hay tramos de camino campestre, pero también hay buen tramo de camino pavimentado, por lo cual nosotros bajamos y subimos sin 4X4, pero cabe notar que nosotros fuimos en diciembre/enero, temporada de menos lluvia. Es importante notar...

« Wow! What a wonderful property, we did not want to leave. So comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful verandah and an outside bathtub and shower. Our teenagers loved it too, gorgeous pool area and comfortable rooms and great kitchen. We also so enjoyed viewing toucans, humming birds and other wildlife right from our porch. Good WiFi and netflix etc. Laundry also done for us. Overall a brilliant stay! »

But waking up with the view of the volcano and the noises of animals around us were amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the place was perfect for what we needed while we were there. »
