"When we were checking in our first impression was with a young security guard that stated that our kids couldn’t be loitering in the lobby. We literally just checked in. I asked if they were doing something to cause an issue and it was stated that they needed to be sitting down until going to the room. Very poor customer service to say the least and not kid friendly at all! We get it’s a Casino but how they treated us was very disappointing to say the least!"

"This property is new to the game, but absolutely EXCELLENT! Indoor pool and Jacuzzi, a guest laundry facility that actually WORKS, and a fabulous breakfast bar. The employees are all very friendly and professional - this should be a 5 star hotel, in my book!"

"The view from the sixth floor was amazing! The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The room was quiet. We had a great time. The only thing is that the food was not very good. The steakhouse was closed that day so we had to eat at the other little restaurant and I would not recommend that at all. The coffee shop and the treats and coffee there were great.!"
