"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. During my visit, we experience a very serious snowstorm, and I was surely impressed by how the staff and management handled everything. Everyone was incredibly professional, caring and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure guests felt comfortable and supported despite the difficult weather conditions. Their kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. It is rare to see such genuine hospitality, especially during a stressful situation. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making a challenging situation so much easier!!!"

"Disappointing. This place used to be the place to stay in the Sault. Now everything is dated and aging. Indoor hot tub has been down for 14 months (according to locals), outdoor hot tub was cool and didn't seem clean. It used to have gas heaters on the pathway so you wouldn't slip or freeze on the way in. No longer. I expected some shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There were the tiniest containers of each... needed two for my hair and then to ask for more (very wasteful). Four of us checked in and we had three towels. The carpet "tiles" are dog-eared and dirty. There was hair on the chair and in the tub. The TV is so outdated, that you can't rent a movie or stream from your phone (we were waiting out a snow storm). No recycling. Three nights there and our room was cleaned partially only once. They forgot to make the beds. I think my days off staying here for our ski trips are over!!! "

"Arrived at hotel and was told there was no parking left. We were told parking is not a part of the room rental by a VERY RUDE staff member who told us it is not her job or her problem. We asked for a refund and were told we’d have to wait until morning to speak to the manger. TV was broken, shower didn’t drain. Awful experience worst customer service. No parking. "
