"Had a bit of trouble with getting the shower to turn warm, lobby sent a customer service person to show me how to turn it hot. Otherwise a very nice stay, great location and clean room. "

"Great food next door at Elephant and Castle . The potato and leek casserole was excellent. The elevator is small and the rooms are very close together. It gets loud if you have noisy neighbors. "

"Very easily walkable to other parts of the city, very clean common bathrooms that were consistently being cleaned by staff, would stay again."

"Beautiful hotel. Excellent Lockwood products and Nespresso in room (could use a bit more of that). Second stay and we would like to return. Staff are helpful and pleasant at hotel and at adjoining restaurant and coffee shop. Close to shopping and great food. We took one subway to a concert."
