"Dune Crest Hotel is a wonderful place to stay on the cape! Recently renovated and very clean. The staff are all very friendly. Breakfast is included. An inground pool is available. Always a great stay here. You will not be disappointed!"

"In transition from independent to corporate owned. Making lots of aesthetic changes however neglecting the basics. No more complimentary coffee or sit down breakfast, now an overpriced coffee shop. The only bar and restaurant was not open yet either, so no food or drinks unless at the pool that closes at 4. Lots of buckets catching leaks from the roof in the lobby, gift shop is gone and space reconstruction being done. It’s an awkward experience seeing the whole place being worked on at once. Appearance is sloppy approaching summer, hopefully they’ll have it under control soon. Still can’t beat the location and beautiful coastal views."

"This was our third time on the Cape, and our first time staying on the Outer Cape. It turned out to be our favorite! We loved staying on the beach, and Leo do Mar is such a great spot. It was super clean and cozy. Great area for coffee on the beach and watching the sunset over Ptown. Excellent host and excellent communication. Easy parking. Can’t recommend enough!"

"This property is VERY WELL kept - everything was clean and there were plenty of towels as well as a note offering complimentary toiletries as needed. The toaster, microwave, coffee maker and fridge in our seaside room were a nice convenience. The balcony overlooking the beach and grill/ picnic area provided panoramic views of the harbor. And then, if having the beach and the soothing waves isn't enough, there is a cafe, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub in the property buildings on the other side of the road. We used the pool and hot tub (soooo nice after an afternoon walking around Ptown, which is only 3+ miles down the road)."
