« We had a great stay! It was nice to be close to the beach, although, everything else is a bit of a drive. Just be sure to get all of the groceries you need on the way in so you don't have to run back and forth to the store. Food Lion is about 15 min drive and Walmart a little further. They do have a nicely stocked kitchen and the neighborhood is peaceful there at the end of the island, which makes up for the fact that restaurants are a bit limited nearby, too. We enjoyed carryout from the...

« Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

« My family and I booked this condo for an October stay and we loved it! We had enough room for 2 toddlers and 5 adults. We utilized the 2 pull out beds and they worked great for 2 adults. « Check in was very easy. Unit was nicely decorated and spacious and comfortable. Multiple pools on site helped as it can get busy at times but was not too busy. Beach proximity perfect. Enjoyed restaurant on site. Plenty of just offsite parking across street if needed. Really a non issue but good to know if you get there and don’t see a spot immediately adjacent. Will def stay at this location again when we come to Topsail as we have stayed at a few other locations nearby and this one was best...
