"We really enjoyed our stay and would give the house an overall rating of 4.4/5. There were so many things we loved about the house, and it was clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it comfortable and enjoyable for large groups.Things We LovedThe pantry and kitchen were very well outfitted, and we appreciated the variety of appliances.We absolutely loved the pool and fire pit.The long dining table was wonderful and made it easy for everyone to sit together for meals.We really appreciated the access to the dock.The rugs beside the beds were such a smart touch for catching sand before it made its way into the beds.The hanging chair in the dining room was a fun feature!The abundance of outlets on both sides of each bed was very convenient.The elevator was a great convenience, especially with a large group.The blackout curtains were GREAT!We loved having nice closets in each bedroom.The PlayStation and card games were fun for the kids.The access to beach/pool toys and equipment was AMAZING and very much appreciated.The towels were a little on the small side, but we really liked the quality of the towels.A few things would make the house even better:The sheets were quite scratchy.The couch seemed a little old and uncomfortable.Some of the outdoor furniture was creaky and worn.We weren’t huge fans of the beds being so low to the ground.Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciated all of the amenities. Thank you for sharing with us."

"Our entire family enjoyed our stay so much! Having so many bedrooms with King beds and so many bathrooms is ideal for multiple families. The proximity to the beach is so convenient and the beach was not crowded and often felt secluded. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking in the home and we loved having 2 refrigerators! Stacy was also very responsive during the entire process!"

"The house and location were perfect! The beach chairs, grill & hot tub were an added bonus. Such a quiet street and loved being at the culdesac. The elevator was wonderful! We could've used curtains in the living room for my elderly father with light sensitivity, but he wore his sunglasses indoors. The sunlight made it difficult for him to view the TV.Everyone in the family loved the house! Wish it was affordable to rent again in 2027, but the increase is more than we can swing."

"House was very clean and the location of the house was not too far from the beach the community pool, and the SeaView pier. The beach house had decks where you can view the sunrise and the sunset! The Host was very responsive to our needs. Had one afternoon when the power was out due to storms and had the water off a bit due to a water main break (things that rarely happen). We were lucky enough to even be near to the location of a Turtle's nest when we were there for our stay! We learned quite a bit from the Turtle Hospital in Surf City about them! Would definitely recommend this place if you want a nice beach vacation! Thanks again!"
