"We really enjoyed our stay and would give the house an overall rating of 4.4/5. There were so many things we loved about the house, and it was clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it comfortable and enjoyable for large groups.Things We LovedThe pantry and kitchen were very well outfitted, and we appreciated the variety of appliances.We absolutely loved the pool and fire pit.The long dining table was wonderful and made it easy for everyone to sit together for meals.We really appreciated the access to the dock.The rugs beside the beds were such a smart touch for catching sand before it made its way into the beds.The hanging chair in the dining room was a fun feature!The abundance of outlets on both sides of each bed was very convenient.The elevator was a great convenience, especially with a large group.The blackout curtains were GREAT!We loved having nice closets in each bedroom.The PlayStation and card games were fun for the kids.The access to beach/pool toys and equipment was AMAZING and very much appreciated.The towels were a little on the small side, but we really liked the quality of the towels.A few things would make the house even better:The sheets were quite scratchy.The couch seemed a little old and uncomfortable.Some of the outdoor furniture was creaky and worn.We weren’t huge fans of the beds being so low to the ground.Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciated all of the amenities. Thank you for sharing with us."

"The property accommodations were excellent no complaints at all everything was clean and well kept …a little pricey but so is everything else…the only complaint that I can mention has nothing to do with the property…it was the beach…I was not crazy about the beach …it is not pretty and with the high tide there is just no place to be on the beach without the waves washing over your stuff…fortunately the pool was great…I give a thumbs up to anyone looking to stay at “at last “"

"We enjoyed our family vacation at North Topsail and had a wonderful time! The home was a great place for our family to relax, enjoy the beach, and make some wonderful memories. We would definitely consider returning next year and wanted to share a few suggestions that could make an already enjoyable stay even better.The kitchen could use a little more organization. Pots, pans, and other items seemed to be placed in various cabinets without much rhyme or reason, which made finding things a bit challenging. We understand that keeping a rental kitchen organized can be difficult, but a little rearranging before the next rental season would be helpful. The oven could also use a deep cleaning, as it became somewhat smoky when we used it to prepare meals. The ceiling fan in the top-floor bedroom was quite loud and unbalanced, so it may benefit from some adjustment or replacement. Our biggest disappointment was with the no-pet and non-smoking expectations. We specifically chose the property because it was advertised as no pets and non-smoking. However, discovered smoking was allowed on adjacent decks; guests next door were smoking outside. Also noticed a dog at another nearby property. While we understand outdoor smoking may be permitted in certain areas, made it difficult for us to fully enjoy both the indoor/outdoor spaces. Hope to find a property where no-pet and non-smoking policies truly maintained. Thank you for helping make our family getaway a memorable one!"

"Our entire family enjoyed our stay so much! Having so many bedrooms with King beds and so many bathrooms is ideal for multiple families. The proximity to the beach is so convenient and the beach was not crowded and often felt secluded. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking in the home and we loved having 2 refrigerators! Stacy was also very responsive during the entire process!"

"The house and location were perfect! The beach chairs, grill & hot tub were an added bonus. Such a quiet street and loved being at the culdesac. The elevator was wonderful! We could've used curtains in the living room for my elderly father with light sensitivity, but he wore his sunglasses indoors. The sunlight made it difficult for him to view the TV.Everyone in the family loved the house! Wish it was affordable to rent again in 2027, but the increase is more than we can swing."
