"Our entire family enjoyed our stay so much! Having so many bedrooms with King beds and so many bathrooms is ideal for multiple families. The proximity to the beach is so convenient and the beach was not crowded and often felt secluded. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking in the home and we loved having 2 refrigerators! Stacy was also very responsive during the entire process!"

"The house and location were perfect! The beach chairs, grill & hot tub were an added bonus. Such a quiet street and loved being at the culdesac. The elevator was wonderful! We could've used curtains in the living room for my elderly father with light sensitivity, but he wore his sunglasses indoors. The sunlight made it difficult for him to view the TV.Everyone in the family loved the house! Wish it was affordable to rent again in 2027, but the increase is more than we can swing."

"The property was great. It was the best beach house we have ever rented for our three families. It has four stories but a working elevator to make it easy to move bags, etc., to the upper floor bedrooms. The family room on the top floor was very comfortable and had great views. The host thought of several nice touches to make the stay more enjoyable (beach towels, beach chairs, power strips in the bedrooms)."

"The beach place was perfect for our extended family of 9. There was plenty of room. The place was very quiet but still easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook the meals that we planned. All in all, it met our needs very well."

"Very clean, Alan was very responsive to all messages. Very good location. We loved sitting on the deck with coffee every morning and chatting every evening. The pool was clean and very easy walk to the beach. We would come up and have lunch and go back because of the ease. Would highly recommend."
