It had obviously been updated since VRBO pics that we saw (new furniture, bedding, etc.) and we honestly thought it was a new build. The cottage is beautifully appointed, the kitchen very well stocked (though we only ate breakfast there), the decor very tasteful and the location is fabulous. We wanted for nothing. Very close to North Rustico and it's wonderful restaurants, close to Cavendish and other areas on the island. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous.
