Its central location places visitors just moments from all the amenities and activities that Cavendish has to offer, making it an excellent choice for those looking to explore the area with ease. This thoughtfully decorated vacation home provides a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Set on a private, treed lot, the cottage features expansive green space, creating an environment where both children and adults can enjoy outdoor play and relaxation. The property features three bedrooms plus a loft, accommodating up to ten guests comfortably. There are two and a half bathrooms, ensuring convenience for larger groups. A fully equipped, spacious kitchen opens to a large dining area and a bright, comfortable living room. Guests can relax on the covered front porch, enjoy the large side deck, or gather around the firepit for memorable evenings. Upon entry, guests are greeted by a spacious kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and storage, a pantry, and an island with seating for two. Adjacent is a spacious dining area under a vaulted ceiling with seating for eight, complemented by large windows overlooking the front porch and landscaped yard. The adjoining living room provides two sizable sofas, a fireplace, and TV/Satellite - offering a perfect retreat after a day’s activities. The main level also includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and a three-piece ensuite, a second bedroom also with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer for guests’ convenience. Upstairs, the third bedroom is furnished with a double and a twin bed. The loft area provides three additional twin beds, a reading bench, and a half bathroom. A substantial side deck is suited for alfresco dining and relaxation, furnished with a propane BBQ, dining tables, a conversation seating area, and a fire table. Guests may also enjoy evenings around the firepit or mornings on the covered front porch overlooking the manicured grounds. Nearby attractions and Amenities: Golf enthusiast will appreciate the proximity to some PEI’s premiere courses, including Green Gables, Eagles Glenn, Glasgow Hills, and Anderson Creek, with Forest Hills Golf Course just at the end of the street. Owners Kevin and Lourdes created a cozy, welcoming and beautiful place to host PEI visitors! Our family of five absolutely loved staying here! Minutes from the national park and ocean, restaurants, Anne of Green Gables museum, and so many attractions, what a perfect spot! The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The owners had dishes, appliances, blankets, dish soap, laundry detergent , etc all well stocked. Our boys loved playing in the backyard on the climber and swings. And we enjoyed the board games and puzzles in the evening. Kevin and Lourdes were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly. We recommend staying here!!! And hope to stay here again in the future!! We gather annually and found this gem two years ago and just had to come back. The house had enough beds to accommodate us all comfortably. The kitchen was very well stocked and the baker in our group made biscuits and cinnamon rolls. The house was so well decorated and the open concept allowed us to enjoy each other's company. The hosts were so friendly and welcomed our first arrival right away. They also had a couple of bottles of wine for us as a welcome gift. Everything was amazing during our stay. It was extremely comfortable. The location is great in the middle of Cavendish, there was plenty of room for our family to spread out, and the hosts were super helpful with recommendations. Very clean, very accommodating, so much provided to guests - even tons of beach towels/toys! Yard was the perfect hangout spot, lots for the kiddos to do. My only comment is the road is quite busy because it’s the same road to KOA campground. Kiddos brought their bikes but we always walked with them , and first thing in the morning as it seemed to be the less busy time. Would be fine for older kids tho! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! We had 4 adults and 5 children (under 10) and it fit us all perfectly. The cottage was stocked with literally everything you could need for comfort, cooking and even for beach days (chairs, toys, etc). It was clean and spacious both inside and out. The yard is fairly private and it's located off the main road, so it's pretty quiet. Traffic is just from the campground down the road. Close to everything - walkable to most attractions in Cavendish or a short 2 minute drive. Would 100% recommend for larger groups. Hope to visit again next year! Hosts were very friendly and communication was fast and easy. Amenities covered everything which made our stay so much more comfortable. The place itself is beautiful, the pictures in the listing don't do it justice, we were all amazed and loved our stay. Beautiful decor, very well kept including the incredible landscaping around the property. Located right in town with easy access to everything. Nine of us enjoyed this delightful cottage immensely. It was beautifully furnished, landscaped and provisioned and had every amenity we could have possibly wanted. The hosts were friendly and helpful and respected our privacy. We made many wonderful family memories in our one week vacation. The walls are still ringing with the sounds of teasing and laughter and conversation. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and dishes and cookware and many spots to sit outside including a fire pit under string lighting. A magical spot. A unexpected delivery of fresh baking, a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of wine and a welcome sign greeted us. Many thanks to Kevin and Lourdes. ##### Wendy C.
