"10+! If your budget allows you to upgrade to STAR level- Do It! It was worth the extra costs. A big thank you to Antonio for making our stay so memorable. Pools are great, hydro therapy felt oh so good! Restaurants were delicious! The buffet had a delicious choice of regional foods as well! I am just getting home and can’t wait to return! Do be careful of the Nexus Tours. My recommendation is to do short trips. We did the Nicaragua all day tour and it was minimally 12 hours in the shuttle! It was not worth losing a whole day at the resort for 5 minutes at the volcano. Coupon book had so many exclusions that we ended up not using any of the coupons. But not a big enough deal to make me love this trip any less! Resort is very family focused for kids of all ages. The beach and water was amazing."

"This is one of the nicest inclusive resorts that my wife and I have ever been to and she is from Alajuela Costa Rica, this is our first time that we stayed there we celebrated our fourth anniversary and my birthday and it was excellent. Staff was excellent. there was a miscommunication about the pricing on the anniversary package room, and they honored the price that I was quoted. I can’t say enough good things about this property and it’s Staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s a matter fact I’m going to take my in-laws with me. Next time I go."
