Waite-N-Sea is a two-story luxury beach house with four bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms. You can even bring your dog! The property is pet-friendly and accepts dogs under ten pounds. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit. This house has a private swimming pool that can be heated or chilled for a fee, and plenty of room for your family. Larger families and multiple families can vacation together with ease. Located in the Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach, you will be close to the beach, the marsh, and the best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Palm trees greet guests at the entrance of this beautiful house. There is plenty of parking space, and six parking passes are included. Each bedroom is spacious and consists of a window. The main bedroom has a marsh view. There are multiple balconies. One balcony overlooks the marsh, and another overlooks the swimming pool. You can see the ocean in the distance. Other amenities to improve your stay include central heating and air and a washer and dryer. There is plenty of entertainment that all ages can enjoy. There are flatscreen TVs and complimentary WIFI. There is an outdoor seating area with comfortable composite furniture, surround sound and a TV. This area and the furnished balcony are perfect for gathering with the family. Very dirty. Elliott Realty had the property. They ended up making it right by refunding some of our money but we left early. They tried to shampoo the mattresses that were pee stained and it made the whole place smell like dirty dog. The realty company left mattress covers for us to use. The structure of house was lovely. The Master Bedroom left more to be desired in way of the bed. The appliances worked. Pool was nice. It is located on a main road, so it is pretty busy with traffic. You can see into neighbors pools next door and when sitting on balcony see the balcony of your neighbor. I have rented through VRBO before and had a lovely experience. I do think this is a situation where cleaning staff are not doing their job. Again, the realty company made things right and were receptive by message service on VRBO. However, it was the worst vacation ever due to the issues we had with cleanliness and for price we paid. A motel 8 would be cleaner. The place is good for people who have no mobility issues. If you are traveling with someone with mobility issues it would not be great, even with use of cane, there are steep stairs to enter front of property and the master bed is tall. If mobility issues are not a problem, this place is okay. It is kid friendly but you may want to bring a baby gate for young ones. Steep steps from first floor upPool was amazing. We were there during tropical storm Debbie and we had plenty of space to eat as a family and watch movies. The outdoor furniture and rug was a little dated but the pool was awesome. 10/10 would recommend for family. We also had three kids traveling with us. ##### Whitney B.
