Ocean View Cottage 1 is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath vacation home situated in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This top of the line 3,800 square feet beach vacation home sleeps 20 and provides a perfect spot to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. This home is extremely spacious! There is a lot of space in each room! This must-see beach vacation home has a private pool with a 6 ft. fence and outdoor seating and lounging. There are 4 balconies/decks plus a covered patio. This rental is walking distance to the ocean, about 3rd row back. There is an ocean view from the top balcony. There are Smart TVs in the living room, bedrooms, and game room. There is free WiFi, free parking, a washer/dryer, and a propane grill. Everyone will love the game room with a pool table, foosball table, futon, and small living area with a sink and small refrigerator. The game room is on the lower level with the private pool off of the patio area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking utensils, pots, pans, to prepare your favorite family meal. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed, with an en suite bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and shower stall. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a bunk bed (twin over double). The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have 2 queen beds. The 5th bedroom has a full size bed. Bedrooms 2 and 4 share a hall bath. The half bath is located next to the kitchen and living area. Other amenities include central heating and air, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, and room darkening shades.

Great house with lots of room and easy walk to beautiful beach!
Beautiful property close to beach. We noticed a couple of maintenance issues upon arrival which were repaired within a couple days (nothing major). We had plenty of bath towels, however I would recommend kitchen towels and washcloths available; potholders would be a great addition as well. Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation together and were happy to find such a wonderful and affordable option big enough for all if us- 12 in all. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great house!
This house was PERFECT for our family!!! It was plenty spacious, we were easily able to walk to the beach, we had our own pool and pool table, and it was close to other areas of interest! We had a few downfalls that should be noted. 1. The floors were filthy. When we arrived the tile floors looked clean but everyone had black feet within minutes of moving in. 2. The unit itself is perfect, but the furnishings are in need of update. There were plenty of dishes and glasses and they were in good shape, but the pots and pans are terrible and most should not be used. There’s also lots of random partial items. 3. Most furniture should be replaced as it is far from clean. 4. When we checked out, we were to put the sheets and towels in the tub…the other bedding stayed on the bed…. All of that aside, it was a great unit, and we would totally rent it again. It would be a much better unit with some TLC.
