It was very much as described and supported by good reviews. There were good surprises through out the home including a kitchen stocked with all kinds of cooking implements, nice beach chairs and a wagon to pull everything to beach plus sand toys for kids, the patio area proved to be a favorite kid's spot, a pack-n-play for our infant, a good selection of books, and beautiful decor to set the stage for a beach themed week. The only negatives were the carpet on the stairs while an appreciated safety feature needed some attention and operating the tvs in the bedrooms was a challenge.
