Wonderful stay

Our stay at the condo was perfect. The host, Elizabeth, was very accommodating and made our stay effortless. She communicates effectively and quickly, and is so very nice. The condo had everything we needed. It's very clean and tidy and we had plenty of towels, etc and kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking. We will definitely return!!

Month get away

Overall we had a good time. Although the unit is older and could use some updating it was clean and comfortable. I would give the host a strong 5 for communication. She would always get back to us in a very timely manner. I would recommend this place for a group of golfers looking for an affordable place to rent it is well located and convenient to many good courses. Th food in the bar was good.

Baywatch

Unit was nice for our small group. Location was nice and we enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Would recommend that you take extra supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hot mats etc. It was not stocked as I would have expected. have expected.

Baywatch towers

Excellent location. Bathroom was clean. Needs updated- resort and condo. Broken drawers, very few household items provided. Only one camping type chair provided. Very small bath towels.

Room was dirty. Had to go to the store to get cleaning supplies, and had to scrub walls and sweep floors. Walls had what looked like either chocolate or poo wiped on two different walls. Location great. Facility itself was not very clean. Have stayed in other tower 3 years ago and it was much nicer stay and cleaner

Great location, decent condo

I didn't expect the Ritz, which was fine, but it felt kind of damp and musty the whole time. The beds were comfortable, but when we opened the murphy bed there were sheets on it and a crumpled up blanket. We didn't know if they were clean or not, so we changed them with the ones provided. The mattress was stained. The kitchen & bathroom were nice and the location is fantastic. Probably wouldn't stay again, but it was okay for a last minute long-weekend trip.

Lovely oceanfront condo

The owner is wonderful to deal with and quick to respond to any questions which makes the whole process easier. The unit is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The ocean view is perfect. The kitchen is small, clean and well equipped; the bathroom is clean. There are renovations throughout including flooring, the bathroom, comfortable new beds. Some work still needs to be done but clearly a conscientious owner. The only negative is that the common areas such as hallways show heavy use and that is not something that the owner can control. It was a great stay and we would love to visit the unit sometime in the future!

Not what we expected

We have stayed at bay watch before so overall the location and facility has been good. However the condo we stayed in, not so much. The pictures looked way better than the room itself. It is very old and needs some up keep. The kitchen chairs are falling apart and look like the owner just glued them back on. The room is a lot smaller than pictured. They did not have a lot of basic stuff like dish soap, foil, etc. The owner emailed us the day of to let us know we would need extra towels and toilet paper, etc. They are not well stocked at all. Also, didn’t know they were not connected with bay watch so we couldn’t get extra amenities if need be. The views were great, beautiful beach view. We will not be staying in this condo again unfortunately.

Check in process was easy. The room was clean but their was some mold on the ceiling and around the AC vents. The toilet ran constantly. The building is a bit run down. It was a fair deal for the price.
