« Got to one hotel at around 5pm check in was 4pm room wasn’t ready the front desk lady advised they are fully booked and rooms are dirty even advise I book another room At another hotel after my card was charged and had reservations. I tried to contact Expedia who offered me a partial refund which I was very unhappy with . The lobby was filled with people who the hotel staff advised was also waiting for rooms . « Même pour une nuit d'étape, çela reste très passable. Propreté très relative , à l'intérieur de la chambre comme à l'extérieur. Une légère odeur quand on rentre dans la chambre. Il manquait une serviette de douche. Sur les photos la cuisine fait effet mais elle est entièrement vide , il n'y a même pas un verre. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres entre elles ainsi qu' avec l'extérieur qui est bruyant. Bref une nuit qui n'a pas été reposante, je regrette... »
