Nice clean room, quiet and very helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and we would stay here again. However, we do prefer on getaways having a pool and a hot tub available. Apparently this location used to have a pool but they took it out and put in a larger breakfast room! I don't know if that's the trend but it's not a trend I support. Having a swimming pool that's warm enough and a hot tub. That's good and hot is what we look for when going on vacation. Sometimes like this last stay. We were only away for a couple of nights. Just needed a break from our very hectic lives of late. That hot tub would have been so relaxing!

Beautiful retreat from home and the relaxing spa feel is an amazing change . Will be staying again 100%

Our stay on the 11th of June was excellent. The room was nice and clean; linen was fresh but the only thing that I took notice was the pillows need to be up graded. They were flatten out from use over the yrs, so I’m saying that, new pillows should be purchased. A small thing but it surly would go a long way. Please look into it. The pillow makes the customer feel more rested and Satisfied with the stay

Only downside was that there were no whole wheat or gluten free options.

I have stayed at the Sandman, London before with an excellent experience. I would still recommend staying there. It is central to everything in downtown London. The front desk was g
