Nice location nice place

Manager at check in and check out was lovely. Breakfast was substantial and parking was gated and hotel was in a safe area and walking distance to restaurants and Canada Life Center an easy few blocks.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, evening opening the security doors as we came back late from a concert! Breakfast were healthy and filling.

The hotel is very well kept a spotless . Lots for kids todo on site . We had the pleasure of having Terry as our severer at sessions for supper. The food was great and reasonably price . Terry was awsome, he made our kids feel like real VIPs . They said it was their favourite memory leaving. It was aswome to see someone truly enjoy the there job , an to well above a beyond whats expected as normal. All an all great place for family travel !

My bill vs what I was expecting from their emails was way off. #1 bad exchange rate, CAD to US. #2 Invoice did NOT match my credit card statement. We will be avoiding Sheraton hotels in our future travels for this reason. The actual hotel was great for our cousin reunion.
