Staff were polite and welcoming.The room was very clean and spacious.

Excellent experience, beautiful hotel, lovely staff! Even at their wonderful buffet breakfast we felt a little overwhelmed because the sitting area felt a little too intimate with close seating, but the lovely staff understood and placed us in an area with more privacy. The only thing i could say thats not positive is their sliding bathroom door in the hotel room felt loud to open and close in the night while my husband was sleeping, and i didnt feel like it was very sound proof for Bathroom duties.

Felt like home with enough space for 7 of us plus more.

This is a gem of a hotel, if you’re in Toronto stay here! Why? It’s a historic boutique hotel, and hats off to the new owners for really leaning into the history, they’ve brought it back to its original glory and way beyond, and have put some great old photos and history of it on the walls etc They also did a great bar and restaurant in the lobby. And note that the breakfast is not just a buffet, it’s a full sit down restaurant with full menu! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and great staff. Hotel is getting a bit old and worn.
