"Every room has at least a partial ocean view depending on which floor you’re located. Food was plenty to choose from but seemed to circle around the same theme. The specialty restaurants were rather disappointing. They run short on the pool towels and at times have none to give out. The property is clean and very new with staff across all departments going above and beyond. The beach is unfortunately covered with seaweed and to enter the water you have get through a thick barrier of seaweed as well and watch for scattered, sharp rocks hiding just under the sand. The beach has a nice soft sand with plenty of seating, beach volleyball and soccer. It definitely is a party place with music and entertainment that can be heard throughout the rooms until at least 11pm. Overall, everyone can find something to enjoy at this location. "

"It was amazing, Marlon, Tywone, Donavan, the bartenders, The spa personnel, the kitchen staff, the cleaning crew, the front desk, overall were very kind, very helpful, patient. I felt like I was at home, a part of a family, I highly recommend this hotel."

"The resort is extremely beautiful, all the staff are friendly, rooms are very clean and food is really good. There was only 1 thing that make no sense, if you are staying at princess grand. You are not allowed to go on the property of Mangrove. Mangrove side is adult only, so my wife and i decided to leave our son with grand parents to take a walk and we were told we have to walk on the beach and not the actual walk way...that is crazy. Even though my experience was good, I am not sure i will revisit because of this, i have been to alot of hotels that have 2 sides and we could always go on the property to use it and back to primary side."

"Ocean view was good for us. But, there is a possibilty for cruise ship to block ocean view as well."
