"Great place. A lot of fun. However, we had to pay for parking. Kids missed out on extra opportunities. I dont recall it being mentioned for either. I felt like I would have gotten more for my money booking directly though Great wolf and not Expedia. Overall, a good experience. I just would book directly through the hotel. Not 3rd party"

The room was cleaned daily throughout our stay (Wednesday to Saturday), which we truly appreciated. The staff was responsive and helpful whenever needed, and the parking lot had plenty of space, making things very convenient. The air conditioning in the room worked well, which made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, with options like boiled eggs, cereals, milk, juices, and coffee—everything we needed to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. "Enjoy my stay here"

"Absolutely nothing in the room except towels, washcloths and soap. The entrance is not ADA compliant; had to get ahead of my husband to open the door for him. I chose this hotel because it had good reviews: honestly, I don’t know how! We had to ask for a parking pass that a sign said was required to be in the car. There were some pests, but at that point we were on our last night. The beds were very low and uncomfortable. There were stains on the walls in various areas of the room (from not being cleaned well, not age related). Would not choose to stay again."

"Checking staff was very friendly. Wanted a late check out and they accommodated it at no extra cost. The elevators were slow as hell but at least they worked. Room wasn’t stocked completely. Missing some towels and soap to wash your hands.Overall not too bad for the price."
