« First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. Kindness is a rarity but it goes so far and speaks volumes about a person. God bless Sheena in all that she does to help strangers feel...

« The hotel was beautiful! The staff kept it well maintained and were really helpful! The only thing that decreased my rating was that the walls were very thin. The neighbors were playing music and having intimate time together in the late hours of the night. It was very difficult to sleep. The staff was super responsive during this event but i wish there was someone on site to help with things like this. »

« The entire place was clean and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable. On top of that the breakfast was fantastic! There’s such a great variety of foods and to top it off there are many on healthy options that were delicious! »

« Staff was very helpful. I was staying in a room where the people above me were too loud. Once I notified the staff I was quickly moved and upgraded to a suite. Needless to say I was a happy camper. The only thing that could have been better was my mattress and mattress cover both had stains on them. »
