"Staff in restaurants could be rather impatient and unpleasant at times .we had a party of 16 for dinner, and waiters were eager to whisk away our plates before we had finished, which made us uncomfortable. Otherwise a brilliant hotel. Will stay again soon"

"A brief stay for work purposes. Nice large room, clean, good shower and fluffy towels. The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, would be better with a mattress topper. I didn’t have any meals so can’t comment."
