"Great hotel "

"I really wanted to like this place. The property itself looks kept up with and nice. The golf course is beautiful as well. However, the staff does not hold any accountability for their guests. During the first few days, there was a lot of loud music, yelling, and smoke on my floor. The smoke smelled so bad that I had to open my patio door just to sleep at night. It eventually stopped on my last night; however, I was ready to leave at that point. I tried to bring it up during checkout; however, there wasn’t really a front desk person I could speak to. Unfortunately, unless they reach out to me, I will probably look elsewhere next time I travel in the area. "

"This hotel had more of a resort feel to it. Everything was welcoming and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were extremely nice. There is also a friendly restaurant next to the lobby. The attached banquet hall and conference center look inviting. The hotel staff, including Leticia at the front desk, were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location is near main expressways, shopping and dining. I plan on staying here again."

"I have pictures of a leak in the bathroom and a loose lock on the patio door. Not interested in showing anyone other than the property if needed. Please fix those things, other than that my stay was pleasant."

"Spa was extremely noisy. Rooms clean and service was great. The bar tender Susanne was amazing, helpful and friendly. "

"Bad smell in the room We booked a room for a high level, it was raining that day and we came back to the room with a leak in the wasgroom ceiling from the rain. They changed the room for us for a lower level. This was very inconvenient with have to move all of our stuff with 3 children. It rains and snows quite a bit in this area, this issue should not happen I can tell from the smell in the room. When I called to complain the immediate descent it's from the rain and they didn't even come and check the leak which tells me they knew about this issue. The breakfast buffet is very limited in comparison to other hotels we stayed in the area previous years. They don't have hand lotion in the rooms. We were very disappointed with the overall quality for the money we paid. I would never book here again. "
