"The hotel was a nice and clean the bar attached to the hotel could have stayed open but it was closed most of the time we were there. The rooms were nice and cleaned but the furniture could be upgraded the desk had broken drawers. "

"Convenient location. Art deco charm. Staff was very friendly (don't be rude to them and they won't be rude back). Room was clean and was cleaned well every day. I didn't see one bed bug or roach. The floor I was on did not have a weird smell. Laundry is available, which is a plus in NYC, and you can use a card to run the machines. I would absolutely stay here again. Tip: Use the elevators at the end of the hallway during the busy times. And leave your housekeeper a well deserved tip."

"It's an older hotel that has been maintained well. The room was clean and nice size. Perfect location. I would stay again. 2 cons- no coffee or water in rooms or reception. 2- I couldn't get hot water in the shower."
