« The A/C unit leaked in our hotel room carpet in between the beds and caused a very bad odor in the room which smelled like feces. I asked if it was an a/c leak, why did it smell like feces. The hotel manager said when a dirty carpet gets wet, it will have an odor. The hotel offered a 10% refund and a reimbursement on our parking.
