"The place is not as bad as the reviews say. I checked in last night. Well aware this is a co-living environment. The place feels like visiting a normal home. Everyone there was friendly and respectful."

"They have long term residents staying at this property. Dont expect them to be friendly. Your just a torn in there side and the quicker you leave the happier they are. The property is crap. Minimum upkeep going on around the building. The apartment and room are not bad they were pretty clean. The bathroom sink was gross. Someone with no home training treated it like a dumpster. The bath tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor. I would never stay there again."

"The property was perfect for a quick and unexpected overnight stay. Clean sheets, clean bathrooms, free use of a locker, a great atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back for an extended stay soon. "

"Avoid at all cost! Not even toilet paper! I’ve never seen a property that requires guests to bring their own toilet paper. Plus, there is practically no blanket. The so-called blanket they offer was basically a thin big towel. I was freezing at night and couldn’t sleep. Overall, one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed."
