The room was clean but there were stains on the carpet and window coverings. The aree where you go out the beach was not kept up and the hose was broken. The biggest complaint is the lack of air conditioning. The air was broken our entire stay with the room averaging any where from 88-90 degrees. The owner of the hotel was not concerned and offered no reimbursement or solutions to cool the rooms down I will not be staying here again. I try to support local business, however, I feel like in a larger hotel chain the issues would have been addressed and we would have been refunded our stay.

Everything was great except no king beds. And the queen bed was AWFUL. Mattress left us rolling towards the middle - like it had a hole in the middle - or box spring was broken. Came back very sore. Otherwise… WONDERFUL LOCATION. Great staff and amenities. No complaints otherwise.
