Comfortable resort hotel, with a lovely onsen (hot springs), 3 indoor & 1 outdoor pool, sauna etc! Lovely views.
Peaceful location in the hills, golf course. Regular free shuttle bus from nearest station which is well connected to Sapporo & airport.
All rooms are smoking so it smells a bit, but very clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Better for earlier risers as breakfast finishes at 9:30 and checkout is 10am...
Take everything you need as it's in the middle of countryside so it's not easy to pop out unless you have your own car. Better book the full meals plan.

The room was really really great. It was not quite as central as we had hoped but that's on me for not knowing. Tons of room and could not have asked for a nicer place and layout. By far the nicest room that we had on our trip. THANK YOU !

The breakfast was good. The hotel is connected to Sapporo station via a covered underground walkway. The hot tub was also very relaxing after a day out.

Parking was booked via another website. But even though we booked in advance, the parking space was not guaranteed. The host couldn’t do anything when the parking spaces were all taken, which meant someone took the space but didn’t pay for it. The host only refunded the parking fee and asked us to find somewhere else to park when there was a super heavy rain. The staff told us they would try to reimburse us something but they never contacted us again after that. The staff even asked me why didn’t we checked in earlier so the parking space wouldn’t be taken by others. Excuse me?! Did I hear wrong?
