"The Villa was perfect for our Lake Como stay! Laura was extremely helpful before & during our stay with lots of suggestions for restaurants & tours. The walk to the Menaggio square & ferry was about 20 min., so we got our exercise for sure! Short walk in the other direction for a swim in the lake! A trip to remember. 🇮🇹❤️"

"Stunning views of the lake from almost anywhere. Every room has a bathroom, which is super convenient for a large party (we were 10). Laura was fantastic with communication and helping us organize taxis, etc. Easy walk into town. Hot tub was lovely and used every day. Nice having an espresso maker and coffee machine on site. "Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. We felt crippled when we left."

"Bathroom door broke and locked all our bathroom toiletries in them the first night and they didn’t arrive to fix until 12 the next day. Their 24 hour emergency line had no answer and no one responded to emails till later. It cost us a whole day of events because of the issue. They refused to offer any partial refund and actually tried to blame us for the door. This management is shady and dishonest and they do not care. They were not helpful at all. I would never stay here. Beware"
