"This Holiday Inn was exceptional. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was great! We arrived close to the closing time for breakfast, and the lady working there offered to make us some bacon if we wanted. We would not have asked, since we were the ones who were running late. She closed up shop and brought bacon out to our table for us. I loved that they had bird feeders outside the window so I could watch them during breakfast. We had always stayed elsewhere when I returned home for visits, but this is my new location. I also felt safe enough to stay here without my husband on those trips he doesn't attend. Well done, Holiday Inn, Niles!!!!!!"

"I stayed at the hotel while it was undergoing construction. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the room was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the lobby and some of the other areas of the hotel, mainly because I wasn’t aware of the ongoing construction when I booked my stay. That said, I’m sure this will be a beautiful hotel once all the renovations are completed. I would be happy to return and experience it again when the work is finished."

"Traveled with my mom. Stayed on main floor. Safe area and lots of parking options. Plenty of dining options along the main road. Room was simple and generally clean. Bathroom did not have a fan and lights kept flickering. When checking the bed, noticed the frame was filthy-- wrappers, dirt, crumbs, and what appeared to be mold in some areas. Bed itself appeared clean, musty smell in the room. A/C worked very well. Breakfast was not good-- warmed egg patties with cheese, cold bacon, bread, and what seemed to be instant coffee. Cheap option but you get what you pay for."

"On my arrival day 08/082026 checked in 2h before check in time to my room. Because was early not many rooms been clean yet ,instead make my comeback I got offer of free upgrade to suite. Staff very helpful. Reserved already same room for long weekend . Night time was quiet. Close to grocery store and restaurant."
