Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long-term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip. Not only is Rivers Edge Lofts conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times. Sitting area and washroom were spacious and the rain shower was fantastic. Very nice view of the river. Much nicer place to stay for our daughter's graduation weekend than a hotel. There was some sound transfer issues between our bedroom area and the next unit. So many rentals have terrible pillows Cons: - Door leading up to apartments left open all day and night to public. I felt unsafe in the evenings. A keypad with a password to enter into the building would be strongly advised. - Make sure you bring plates and silverware. None are offered and had to make a run to the grocery store. - air conditioning unit is industrial strength. It is VERY loud and the air blows very forcefully onto the beds. Had to sleep in a hoodie to keep the air off my head and face.
