Room was fine. There was a hockey team staying on the same floor and the boys were a bit noisy. Front desk staff seemed bored and almost like they had better things to do.

The heater had stop working around 4am. The room temperature drop enough, to be woken up.Tried turning it off and back on only the fan seemed to be working.the heater looks to be really old. Was to tired and upset to talk to the person at the front desk. So I just packed up my stuff. And have no plans on returning.

Everything was as it should be. Room was clean and decent. The pool area was clean and well kept. Everything was worth the very reasonable rate we paid. A clean standard room at a reasonable price.....and the bonus of a pool that wasn't out of a horror movie!

The bed skirt is ripped, we found a dirty ear swab underneath the room phone. The room is dirty in general. I paid $498 in two nights, but the room doesn’t deserve $1 , it is a shame for Comfort Inn to come down to this quality. I won’t stay there again.

1. The bothroom ventilation fan is so loud as airplane take off ! I called front desk asked of another room or the fan to be fixed. They sent a service person who simply turned off the fan. When I questioned about the ventilation, he said even if the fan is not working, there is a general ventilation system above the ceiling. Then at bedtime after showers for 4 of us, the bathroom was full of steams like a sauna room. Everything in it was damp and wet. 2. we booked the room for 4, yet only 3 shower towels 2 hand/facial towels and only 1 set of tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner were provided. I asked the housekeeping lady in the hallway for supply for 4, who advised that is their standard setup ! I managed getting 1 extra shower towel a few more shampoo, and we had to share the hand/facial towels :(
