"This is a great hotel to stay at right after arriving in Surabaya. The shuttle service from the airport was an absolute blessing to us as we were tired from over 30 hours of air travel. The rooms we had were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar was delicious and full of a variety of fruits, pastries and local cuisine. "On arrival, I wasn’t shown to my room. I wasn’t even shown where the lift was. No fridge. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. There is literally nothing close to the hotel to do. "

"I stayed one night at this hotel to rest after a long journey from Melbourne to Denpasar, and then on to Surabaya. The staff were friendly and the food was average. However, I was disappointed to find that my room and bathroom were quite dusty. I hope the management can take this feedback into consideration and improve the cleanliness of the rooms. With better attention to this area, I would consider staying again in the future."
