The downstairs is every bit as clean as the upstairs, there is no AC downstairs, most times it's cool and dry, you just happened to have stayed during record rainfall and flooding, i don't have to tell you that, you saw all the neighbors docks submerged, while mine were the only ones that remained useable.

There was nothing wrong with the heat, you had the fireplace on which heats up the living room more than the bedrooms, most people like this, including me, but you guys were swimming in ice water all weekend, the second night i left 2 forms of heat on so it could raise your core temps back up, you said the mini splits were blowing cold air, well they do at 1st, you have to give them a few minutes to heat up.

After leaving my home, initially this guy left all my furniture re-arranged, all my area rugs rolled up and shoved way under the beds, where I needed a broom to be able to pull them out, my large living room rug turned all the way around from the way i had it, most decorations from my shelves taken down and shoved in all kinds of places. He booked the place for 2 people, all of the beds were used, i asked him kindly to let me know exactly how many people stayed there and for how many nights, so i wouldn't have to over charge him, he never responded. Him or one of the persons in his party broke a bear floor lamp. Him, a person in his party, or one of his dogs ripped open a decorative throw pillow with a bear on it. So, I had to keep some of his security deposit, and now he's mad and leaves an obviously bogus review. Thank you Scott, I and my fellow hosts are delighted to know your future stays will be in hotel rooms.

I was thinking of putting in a special cat door for Bota the cat, i've been trying to train him to hunt those pesky dust bunnies, who seem to pop out from under beds and couches after your done cleaning and have left, but alas, Bota only seems interested in real bunnies, not the dust variety😁

1. There are no cobwebs anywhere, i thoroughly check the place every time i clean between renters, sure, you'll find dust under the beds, the couch, the fridge, i suggest you stay home in your bubble if you don't want to experience anything worth while. 2. The pans were new as of last year, renters destroy them quick, if i see any dirty dishes or pans, i clean them spotless. 3. All the appliances every time between renters. 4. I vacuum every bit of floor in the entire place every time between renters, spotless, i also mop the kitchen and bathroom floors. 5. Remotes seem sticky now, whatever you cleaned them with melted the plastic... good job. 6. Yes i found some hair in it, such is life, all the new renters will thank you, they will no longer have back brushes. 7. Oh, so you read the house rules and decided you were above following them.

I clean the spider crud a few times a year, i waited till after your stay because i was waiting for a cold snap to end bug season. When i clean i leave 0 spider webs or spiders, but spiders can also walk from outside to inside, no stoping mother nature, as i've said before, warning, there are bugs in Vermont. The grass was a bit long because i just planted more grass and it was just starting to come up, so i let it go to give it a chance to root. Funny, one of this years previous renters complained i cut the grass to often, there's no winning that battle.... take a star. :)
