The Keurig coffee maker didn't work. Contacted the host and they didn't offer to do anything. Listing said garage but there wasn't one. The heating system ( mini splits) didn't all work very good and looked like they needed to be cleaned.

Host (Chris) took care to provide essentials not usually available at rentals. He was super accommodating. All rooms were clean, linens fresh and plenty and beds comfortable. Interesting restaurants nearby. The area is very safe to walk at night. I was very pleased with our choice.

This stay was great- the place was spotless, the rooms spacious and the sheets soft as silk. As far as location you can’t beat it- at the end of the action so it was quiet but walkable to everything. Chris was super responsive and had great recommendations for our stay. Oh, and parking! Would definitely book again.

Chris was very friendly when we met him at the location. He gave us some great tips on places to eat and which days we should do a reservation for. The place is in a great location and walking to places was very convenient. Uber is there as well if you wanted to travel a little further or if you want the break from walking. We did find that we could have used or brought more to use in the kitchen. The coffee maker didn't work for us, but there is a little coffee shop right down the road so that was an easy fix. If you are planning to cook more meals in, you may want to be sure you have baking sheets but everything else was supplied. My family really enjoyed our stay and if we go back to Newport we will absolutely stay here.

Perfect location to everything!

We walked to coffee, meals, the mansions and shops. No need to use your car once you arrive if you like walking. There are 2 flights of stairs in the VRBO which was no problem for us but worth noting. Best place for reasonably priced coffee was Wally's Wieners! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Bring all cooking essentials like oil, butter, spices, aluminum foil etc if you plan to cook meals at the apartment. Plenty of plates, pans and utensils!

Girls weekend

We had a group of six girls away for three nights. The location was perfect… walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. Plenty of space for six of us. Property owner was easy to reach and made experience seamless. Would certainly stay here again if we are in Newport for another weekend!

We had a great time this past weekend in Newport! Check-in, communication, location and parking were awesome! The apartment was spacious for 4 adult women too and the beds were comfy. The apartment could have been cleaner and could use a couple things to make it cozier like lamps , and curtains. It was cold and rainy the weekend of our stay so we spent time in the apartment. Great location and price!
