Great start

Stayed for a weekend for a family obligation. Noted live wires under a kitchen cabinet and outside the front door. Was disappointed to find that we did not have the whole house, which is why we prefer VRBO- bbq inconsistent in function. Tub/shower shower head comes out of wall when adjusting the angle. Beds not comfortable. Location great, 4 houses away from the beach. Living area nice.

This place worked perfectly for our group attending a family wedding. It was close to all the festivities in and around Newport & was super close to the beach. It was unseasonably humid and three of the box fans weren’t working but the property manager was super responsive & delivered replacements quickly. A great stay!
