Conveniently located near the Balboa Pier 30+ restaurants & bars and the Balboa Fun Zone which are all within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Our property consists of 2 separate unit. This advertisement is for our 3 bedroom 3.5 bath upper level home. This condo comes fully equipped with its own kitchen, fireplace, Smart TV's, dining room table, and giant rooftop Patio with its own BBQ, Fire pit, and Outdoor Dining Area! Bedroom 1 - King w/ En-Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen w/ En-Suite Bathroom Bedroom 3- Queen w/ En-Suite Bathroom HOME LOCATION Located just a few minutes from the Balboa Pier and just a quick walk to the Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry you are never far from the Action. There is miles of beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, Fire-Pits, and the occasional flag football/ultimate frisbee tournament just off to the Right. From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island have it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: \- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. \-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. \- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. \- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. \- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation. ​​​​​​​ \- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation. \-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. \-High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability. \-Pets are not allowed. All service animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. \- This is a Duplex Property \- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected. \- Washer and Dryer are located inside the condo. \- (2) Parking Spots Provided.
