A short walking distance to coffee shops, casual and fine dining restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores, unique shopping boutiques, and any amenity imaginable. The private dock offers swimming in the bay, stand paddling, kayaking, and fishing. A short 6-minute walk to the ocean invites you to one of the best beaches in Newport. For family fun, there is an island park with swings, slides, and basketball. Come relax in this peaceful and tranquil family friendly hidden treasure.
