The upper unit was occupied two of the nights we were there and they were night owls until early morning, with heavy feet. Other than that, it was great. Management was quick and professional to answer any questions we had before our stay. Rich met us at check-in and was fantastic! We also had the opportunity to meet the owners of the home who were incredibly welcoming and generous! Location was amazing. The home was amazing. Management was amazing. The property was only about a block from the beach, and there were several beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards at the property, which was a big selling point for me. The garage was bigger than anticipated, but we primarily walked, it was about a mile to the pier, and less to the shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. Super helpful being able to order/deliver groceries in advance. The only thing I did overlook when booking was that there was no A/C in the house; we had to close it up during the day, and they did have multiple fans (and ceiling fans) but it was still pretty warm. Overall the trip was fantastic, the rental company was great to work with and very welcoming, we'll definitely come back! ##### Tiffany P.
