Management was quick and professional to answer any questions we had before our stay. Rich met us at check-in and was fantastic! An easy drive to Disney but in such a calming and gorgeous spot by the beach so that mom and dad got to relax as well! There were so many walkable spots to check out near the house and it truly was such an incredible stay! We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our time there - boogie boards, coolers, chairs, beach umbrella. The beds were comfortable, TV's worked great, kitchen was adequately supplied in order to make meals. I was able to pre-order groceries through Pavillion, and had them delivered the day we arrived. All of the food was put away prior to our arrival, that was so convenient and saved us a bunch of time. The only minor thing I would change would be to have AC in the home. Very clean comfortable accommodations with stocked kitchen, bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Very nice site for relaxing and enjoying the local area. Area is also a great jump off spot to Orange County activities if desired. Outside front patio (with barbecue (we didn't use) including dining table. Wifi was great. Communication with host was spot on.
