One block off of the beach. Great patio, availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and awesome patio. Little funky layout in the living room, but not a huge issue. The location was perfect for beach access and the restaurants and bars at the pier. We loved the fire pit for the cool evenings and the size of the patio with the full open sliding doors. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as the bathrooms with plenty of tp and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was good quality! We loved the projector and watched the games, baseball on the wall and basketball on the TV! We will definitely stay here again! ##### Charlene J. My family was super comfortable. We came down for my son’s college graduation. Richard welcomed us, gave us a quick tour and we settled right in to a lovely beach weekend.
