« The place was clean, the staff were helpful, the amenities nice and as described. Our ac wasn't draining properly, so the room was extremely humid (windows so fogged you couldn't see out, despite outdoor highs in the low 70s) and made an alarming creaking sound every 45 minutes or so. The sheets were nice and the bed and pillows very comfortable. »

« The heating system was so noisy it prevented us from sleeping. The shuttle service from the airport was terrible. We waited outside for 30 minutes and the crowd kept getting bigger. People said they were waiting for 45 minutes.When the small shuttle finally came, it was chaos and we could not get in so we had to pay another shuttle driver servicing another hotel to take us. « I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was great but room was in need of a refresh. Mirror frame in bathroom is damaged, sofa cushions were stained really bad, so much so that we wouldn’t even use it. AC kicked to low at night and we had to keep getting up to turn down the temp as it got really hot which is odd for first week of May. The worst however was waking up in the middle of the night and the pillows really smelled terrible, all of them. Not sure how we missed it when we went to bed, but...
