The indoor pool was the sole reason for selecting this hotel for a multiple night January stay. Somehow, between when we booked and when we arrived, a surprise, months-long renovation had begun. The hotel needs to be transparent about this and the listing on this website should be updated as well."

"It was a great stay once we gotnin the room. The first room we were assigned to was propped open by the doorlock hinge. We arrived pretty late at night andndid not feel comfortable going in and also worried it may have been assigned to someone else as well. So we went back down stairs and the receptionist appologized and got us into a new room quickly. Everything else was great. "
