"Hotel does not have proper safety measures in place. Homeless person sleeping outside my room when I tried to check in. Evening staff manger was not concerned and seemed bothered when I requested a new room in safer area. He then placed me in another room farther away from main building. Minimal linens and towels in room. Evening staff person was not helpful or pleasant. Upon check out I discussed my concerns with morning staff who were responsive and apologetic. These staff members were great and represent the quality of Homewood Suites."

"Due to flight delays, unable to arrive until the next morning. LaQuinta said there was no payment recourse as I had already paid, but they did let us have breakfast. "

"All brand new and very good. Check in host was outstanding. My only reservation about the place is that it’s also and extended stay. Didn’t realize that. That means other people live there, so it was kinda weird. It’s close to traffic that you can hear but it does get quiet late at night."

"The hotel was very dated, the room looked like it was from 1970 “ yes I’m old enough to remember 1970) the rug was bunched up in a tripping hazard in many places in the center of the room. The bedspread had pools in it and looked like it’s been worn out for 10 years the couch I wouldn’t even sit on.. I would expect to see this room at a red roof in and not where I paid $200 with tax and all included. During checkout couldn’t even tell the front desk personnel because she was talking to her girlfriend on the phone the entire time and never asked me a single question.. Very disappointed . I would absolutely never stay there again"

"The parking lot has more potholes than actual pavement, AND there were literally ZERO parking spots available to park my car. I had to park up on a grass embankment. No wonder a tornado tried to take down this hotel in 1979!"

"Property is showing signs of wear. Water pressure and temperature was irregular. Bathroom not clean in the corners. We won’t be staying here again."

"The room was not cleaned at all. We found a papa John’s pizza in the drawer and there was dog food on the floor (clearly from previous guests). We also found flowers and small sticks from outside on the floor. Very obvious that all was done was making our beds prior to our arrival. We asked for our sheets to get changed but housekeeping leaves at 11am. My son got sick from the breakfast that was offered and got some type of stomach bug since he was throwing up for the past 48hrs since we fed him the breakfast. The staff were polite & nice but overall the stay was horrible and I couldn’t wait to get home. The parking lot had loads of pot holes and there were beer bottles and trash thrown in the grass near the parking lot. Lastly they have a sign that says the door on the side is always locked and you require your key card to get in. It is not. It was wide open for anyone to enter so the premises is not safe. Never again. "
