"I have stayed in so many different hotels across the country, and this is the first time I have experienced a worker at the morning breakfast buffet helping the customers to make sure they had a good dining experience. Not only was it an excellent warm breakfast with a variety of foods to choose from, but Jo offered such nice service, asking the guests if they needed anything before she put things away and even offering to help heat up some of my food that had been sitting at my table for guests who were running behind. Usually the free hotel breakfast feels like a neglected after thought, but that was not the case here. The front staff was also very friendly and helpful at check-in and we appreciated their reasonably priced grab and go snacks that could be purchased at any hour. For the location, price and amenities, this is a great location when staying in South Bend."
