Family trip

Condo was spacious and clean. Loved being so close to the ocean, and the kids loved night swimming where they had the pool to themselves. The staff were helpful and communication was great. Kind of nice with just 10 units because everyone was so friendly and you didn’t feel like just another guest in a huge complex.

Great Location & Amenities

The ocean view, beach access, and pool make this a fantastic place to stay. The condo itself was clean, though not immaculate. While the appliances were spotless and we appreciated the dish and dishwasher soap, coffee filters, and garbage bags provided, there were a few small issues. The twin sheets had some stains, and the master bathroom floor could have used a more thorough cleaning.One downside was the lack of beach towels and chairs; since we flew in, we didn’t have those items with us and had to improvise. However, the washer and dryer were a great bonus. We also really enjoyed the outdoor patio — it was a lovely space to relax.Overall, the location and amenities were excellent, but a little more attention to detail in cleanliness and a few added amenities would have made this an even better experience.

Great Spring Break staycation

We rented the condo for most of our kid’s spring break. We only live an hour away so it was quite convenient. We wish we were a little closer to Flagler avenue where there is a wider beach. We rented a golf cart but didn’t get much beach driving in because of the high tides. The ramps were closed a lot at that end. Overall though the staff was great, the condo was perfect for us, and we had a lovely stay.
