« I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. « Our family spent several days at this cottage and it was exactly what we needed. There was room for all of us, the place was spotless and the hot tub was a huge hit! « Wonderful rental in Holland MI. Comfortable accommodations and seems very recently renovated. Close to the downtown area with lots of Restaurants, shopping and a great farmers market twice a week. Lovely fire pit that we used every evening. The owner not only set it up ready to go for our first evening but cleaned it up each day! Plenty of firewood and essentials on premise. There is also a nice hot tub however we did not get a chance to use it. The entire stay did not disappoint! »

« This was such a fun stay and Denise was a great host! If you’re going to spend time in the Douglas/Saugatuck area and don’t want to drive, check out the Interurban shuttle. They picked us up/dropped us off at the property so we could spend the evening in Saugatuck. The beach, hiking trails, shopping, dining and drinks are so close. This place has great proximity to everything. »
