Ideal hotel to spend 1 night to catch a flight next day. Only 1 mile to MSY airport & free shuttle starting at 6:00am.

Very close to the airport. The room was very clean, the staff was great, and breakfast was good. We were only here for one night but will come back in the future.

As nice as the Hilton down the road. Staff went out of there way to make sure we had a relaxing stay. The room was clean, well appointed and well proportioned.

Hotel rooms were clean and nice for this property. Area around hotel are not nice but fine for a quick stay if you have an early flight. Hotel restaurant is mediocre. The restaurant is very short staffed and food was hit or miss.

I was concerned at first because I read they had no hot water. If that was correct, that problem was fixed. Hot water was not an issue at all. All in all, great stay.

Rude Clerk at front desk..
Terrible service. Hotel Clerk was rude. She did not want to do any more then she had to.. She did not try and accommodate our team.. We did not even stay here at Hotel. We ended up booking another hotel across street at Comfort Inn... I will be demanding refund because we did not stay.
