Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
Location: great location, close to the French Quarter and the Riverwalk.
Hotel was awesome, staff very helpful and friendly. Close to the French Quarter and the trolley picks you up just across the street. Breakfast buffet and happy hour were excellent.

Amazing hotel and location

We just got back from NOLA. Stayed at the Drury Inn for the 2nd time in 1 1/2 years. It never disappoints. Close enough to French Quarter, but yet quiet. Streetcar is right at the corner. Very convenient!!! Love the free breakfast, 5:30 Kickback, free soda and popcorn!!! Will definitely be back again!!!

If you want to be close to the madness but not in it, this place is perfect. The room was very nice and better than what I was expecting. Decided to stay there because of the reviews regarding the staff. It's true, the staff was AMAZING!! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great experience

Pros: See above
Cons: Not much!
The location of the Drury Inn was great - the proximity to the French Quarter, riverfront, WWII museum, etc. Love the breakfast and kickback (drinks and dinner). The room was beautiful and the swimming pool and hot tub on the roof were excellent.

Centrally located NOLA hotel

Posted 21-Feb-2017
Pros: Big room, comfy beds, clean and updated. Pleasant staff. Breakfast in the morning. Happy hour and "dinner" in the afternoon.
Cons: The windows appear to not be cleaned on a regular basis.
Location: Mardi Gras parades. Super Dome. Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Riverwalk all within walking distance.
This was our first stay at a Drury Inn so we were not sure what to expect. The hotel has a beautiful lobby. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The manager was very hands on. He was readily available when I had a question. I also noticed he worked with his employees - at the desk and in the breakfast area. We were able to walk a block to the parades for Mardi Gras. The riverwalk, French Quarter and the Super Dome were also a short walk. Our room was a one bedroom. The kids were able to sleep in the living room, while we had our private room with a door to close. A sofa and chair in the living room gave us the ability to sit in the room without having to sit in our beds (which is a problem at many other hotels I've stayed). There were also 2 TVs, so we could watch what we wanted, the kids could watch their shows. We were also not crowded.

We were certainly amazed!

Posted 12-Feb-2017
Pros: Kickback, bed, and close to hop on hop off bus.
Cons: Nothing
Four of us stayed in a room while visiting New Orleans. It was clean, nice shower and comfortable beds! We had a great breakfast and in the evening was a Kickback which we thought would be one drink with a few snacks. Well, it was like dinner! We had baked potatoes, chicken, penne, hot dogs, salad with all toppings, tortilla chips with cheese and salsa, pop, milk, juice AND THREE drinks! Wow, it was hard liquor, too, not just beer and wine! I asked the gal at front desk if she had a lost and found as I lost the back of one earring. What did she do?.. She took off the back of her earring and gave it to me!! Great location as a hop on hop off bus was right in front. We had a great time! Thank you Drury staff!
