The towels smelled weird and we were put on the first floor next to staff who would come in every morning very loud ( Ofcourse they were just doing there job) . Also the towels smelled weird and like they had been sitting out which ruined the cleanly feeling for me. Imagine taking a shower and then having to dry yourself with towels that smell weird.

Our room was at the end of the hall, was quiet and clean. There were quite a few breakfast options. Appreciated parking for free, as many properties in New Orleans have high parking fees. Easy access to get to cruise terminal when driving yourself.

When I entered the parking lot the first time we noticed a lot of trash on the grounds, and was a bit concerned, but the rest of the stay was great.

When we arrived to the property about 7 pm on Friday after I have worked since 5 am !! I was exhausted and tired so my husband and I went to bed. We did not think of checking the bed sheets. The bed was impeccable perfectly made. The next morning we saw multiple spots of blood on top sheets from prior clients. I went to the front desk and informed them. They had me speaking to their housekeeper manager and she said she will take care of it. We trust them. The next morning which it was Sunday after we got up this time the bottom sheet was with spots of blood like the top sheet . They only change the top sheet with the first complaint. When we check out the housekeeper with another lady was at the front desk and I told her how that they ruin our 30 year’s anniversary with all this disgusting filthy dirty sheets. I told her I am a nurse and she has put us on jeopardy to be expose to HIV and Hepatitis B. Absolutely unacceptable. One of the lady on the front desk took the pictures of the sheets and send them to her manager.
