We kept the sleeper sofa pulled out the whole time we were there and were able to navigate the room just fine. (We stayed for a week.) The renovation was done thoughtfully and well, not a shoddy flip, and everything was very clean and well-functioning. Location is unbeatable--walkable to multiple excellent restaurants (including an ice cream parlor right downstairs), sight-seeing...
